1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading the App, creating an account, or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of them, please stop using the service.
2. Service description
DamaniApp is a helper tool for documenting your purchase receipts, tracking warranty periods, and sending alerts before they expire. The App is an organizational aid — it is not a party to the warranty contract between you and the seller or dealer, and it does not guarantee that any claim will be accepted.
3. Account and registration
- Registration is via a Google or Apple account, and you are responsible for keeping access to that account secure.
- You confirm that the data you enter (dates, warranty periods, dealer names) is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data.
- Upload content that violates others’ rights or contains malicious software.
- Resell or commercially exploit the service without our written permission.
5. Subscriptions and plans
The App offers a free plan and paid plans. Payments and subscriptions are handled by the app store (App Store / Google Play) and are subject to its policies. You can cancel your subscription anytime from the store’s subscription management, and benefits remain active until the end of the paid period.
6. Intellectual property
All rights to the App, its name, logo, design, and software belong to DamaniApp. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive personal license to use the App. Your own data and the receipts you upload remain entirely yours.
7. Disclaimer
We do our best to provide a reliable and accurate service, but the App is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any loss resulting from a delayed or missed alert, errors in data entered by the user, or a third party rejecting a warranty claim. Tracking your warranties and verifying validity periods remains your responsibility.
8. Termination
You may end your use by deleting your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. We may also update these terms in the future and will announce any material changes inside the App. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
